I feel like I’m being so selfish by posting this, but whatever. It all really started in fifth grade, my family which at the time was me my sister my mom and my dad moved to Indiana with the help of my aunt, life was great there for a while, our aunt would spoil us and all that but my dad is an alcoholic and would hot my mom, so my sister and I spent most of our time at our aunts house. Eventually I got home sick and stayed home while my sister went to my aunts, and I realized my mom would stay gone for multiple days at a time and thinking back on it, even in fifth grade I was super depressed from this. I remember one night I heard banging on the wall and I figured my dad was just being an asshole again, so I gave it a minute but when I left my room there was a drawing of a body on the wall and it says something around the lines of this is what I’ll do if you leave and my dad has plunged a knife into the wall where the heat is. My aunt was already there and I left. One day she took us to Michigan on a trip where she told me that my parents were getting a divorce, she already told my sister, and my dad was already gone, he went back to oregon. I cried, but not because my parents, I knew this would happen, I cried because I knew I’d never see my best friend again. We lived with my aunt for a few months after that, and even started a new school year. However the issue of my mother was still there, my mom started doing drugs, that’s why she was never home. I didn’t believe it until I visited my mom, who was staying at her crack head boyfriend’s. I won’t lie I was ignorant and had fun with them, I wanted to believe my mom was who I thought she was. About a month later my mom said we were going to oregon to see family, I didn’t want to go, but we were kinda forced. We thought we were going back I was even wearing a necklace my aunt bought me, and then our cousin called and accidentally told us we weren’t going home, I instantly texted my aunt and flipped shit. We were on a greyhound bus at the time and I was trying desperately to go back, and my mom grabbed me by my necklace and broke it. That’s when I realized there was no going back. When we got to oregon we stayed with my aunt summer, not to be confused with my other aunt, it was her, my uncle josh, and my four cousin’s. After the first week of school dad contacted us and said could visit, he lived with my brother Corey who we liked, so one weekend my sister and I went to visit dad. Which was awesome, Corey’s house was great as far as we could tell his girlfriend Karen was cool and Dad has always been the fun one. When we got back mom wasn’t there, we wouldn’t see get for a long time. At this point josh and summer were basically our parents, which was weird we never really liked them, so when dad got a house we moved in instantly. Dad and Karen instantly changed, this was when everyone started hating me. Karen would hang out with Sandra leaving me constantly alone because my dad worked late, he’s in construction so he went straight to bed as well. Karen never tried bonding with me, she always had something against me. My dad was also still an alcoholic, but instead of targeting Karen, he’d threaten me for annoying her. I remember my sister and I would sometimes have to barricade the door. Still every morning he’d wake us up, kiss our foreheads, tell us he loved us lots and we’d go to school, where I was extremely unlikable apparently, to the point where I was so depressed I’d try to Kill myself in school and got bullied for it, it sounds weird but it was like pulling my shirt to suffocate myself. And at home my dad gave me a knife and I remember when he’d get violent sometimes I’d sit there, my sister had a loft so she couldn’t see and I’d hold the blade to wrist and think about killings myself, praying for forgiveness, but I never did anything. Eventually my brother Corey wanted to bring Sandra and I to a hotel casino, I was so hyped. But Karen talked him into just talking Sandra, which is my sister, I don’t really care for the anonymous stuff right now, if you know me you know me. And I was so depressed, until my brother Brandon came over. I realize I should explain my sibling’s, I have eight and I’m the youngest 4 brothers 4 sisters. Brandon realized I was sad and asked if I wanted to go to his place, I asked dad and I was allowed over. The following week Sandra came over as well. We went every weekend, making memories and having fun. One night Karen couldn’t find the tv chord which was get this plugged into the tv she she threw a little plastic chair at me and the tv remote, at which point I told her to “screw herself with her dildo” because I thought I was funny. My dad didn’t. The next day he had Sandra and I pack our stuff and dropped us off at Brandon’s, we knocked and there was no answer, he looked at us and said to just wait until they get home, luckily the door was unlocked and Ashley, my sister in law was asleep upstairs. We told her what happened and when Brandon got home he told us the truth, they couldn’t afford us, so we got sent back to summers. And in my head to this day, I paint an image of my father that is the best possible and that he’s a great guy and I believe it. Even though he never gave a shit, but it was even worse when summer cut off our communication. We couldn’t talk to dad or Brandon or Ashley. No explanation, we just couldn’t. However our sister teesha who’s a fucking saint was living upstairs, we spent our time there. One day teesha had enough of summer, who was always super disrespectful and mean and brought up Brandon and Ashley and said she was moving in with them, they just got a new apartment. Hearing this gave me the courage to finally ask if I could visit and josh didn’t know our communications were cut, he said yes and Sandra and I spent a whole summer over there. Even saying we lived with them. Again, they couldn’t afford the apartment, but they weren’t gonna lose us again. This is the hardest part. We all moved in with dad, which Brandon convinced us was a good idea. I went with it. On the first day, dad and Brandon walked me down to a bench that was just on the side of the road. And I remember this whole conversation. Dad said I can’t disrespect Karen anymore, and yelled at me for about a minute before saying, you need to apologize to her and ask for another chance, otherwise I can’t have you here. And Brandon joined in the yelling. I realized what I got myself into. I asked Karen for another chance in tears, knowing this was my last chance. She said no. And lied to my dad. I remember I immediately ran from the room to the porch and hugged Brandon, drinched in tears. And yelled, she said no. And he just gave dad a look, they didn’t say anything except calling me a lier. I went to the room and bawled while Sandra was with Ashley I think, my dad came in the room and said she didn’t say no I just talked to her. I felt so betrayed. I had to go to sleep every night an hour before my dad because Karen didn’t like me, the second night Brandon came in the room to get Sandra and said since she didn’t do anything wrong she could stay up. I began to resent her because she was the favorite, but she still loved me beyond belief. When I told her she was the favorite, she stayed in the room anyway and we’d watch chowder on the Xbox. One night we lost the controller and used my tablet, which I got for Christmas from my aunt in Indiana to screen mirror it. Branson busted in the room pissed and grabbed me and asked where the controller was I said I don’t know, I used my tablet and he yelled bullshit and pulled the Xbox out of the room saying if you’re gonna hide my shit you don’t get to use it and stormed out. Keep in mind it’s only been about a week. A few days later, everyone was gone, just Karen was home. And she was talking shit about my mom and I told her not to. She said you can stop yelling or you can leave my house. Sandra and I packed our shit and sat out front, calling our aunt julie and looking at bus schedules. Then Brandon got home and we went inside. The next day, I get home from school and sit down. All of a sudden my mom busts through the door and kissed my forehead. I could swear I was hallucinating. I went to the front porch and asked my dad what was happening, he said it was moms turn to have us, I said I didn’t want to leave and he looked me in the eyes and said I know you don’t son but it’s your moms turn. And we left. We went to summers again and mom left. We were there for three years, and all I can tell you is it was the worst experience in my life, I started smoking weed in eighth grade, and I also started cutting. I never felt so alone. Alyssa, my cousin told josh and summer I cut and they didn’t care, they said there was nothing they could do about it, then Alyssa started cutting and josh made her sleep in their room. Wow, if that doesn’t show how it was there. Alyssa was always their favorite over everyone. Even with that Sandra and I were always treated as under them. We couldn’t talk to dad or Brandon and Ashley, which I still longed for. But winter break eighth grade summer finally let me see Brandon, I think it was because she knew we’d leave and didn’t want us there. One time, the counselor found out I cut and called summer, she said she knew and was going to get me evaluated. I didn’t know what the hell that meant. I thought she was gonna do what dad did and just leave me somewhere. But no, she got me mentally evaluated and told the people I was going to kill her and her family she was trying to dump me there for I think three weeks or so, luckily they knew she was lying. She said I couldn’t come home so I moved in with Brandon and Ashley, A week later Sandra did too. Sandra is extremely anti social and wanted to do online school. Brandon and Ashley said they would enroll her but never did, and essentially took her out of school to watch the kids and clean the house. Meanwhile at school, I fell in love with a girl we’ll call d, she had liked me since 7th grade and she finally asked me out, I said yes because I was extremely lonely and I easily fall in love. And she was the light of my life. I hung out with her everyday, gave her all of my love that I could. And on the month mark, she broke up with me. I was broken from that. Still am. I think about her everyday. One day dad came over and invited us to coreys and we said yes. We told him everything. Sandra told him everything. And he got us out of there. We knew he couldn’t afford us and we’d go back to summers, still Sandra asked me every hour if this was what I wanted, I always said yes. A week later the day came when we said goodbye. I left Sandra at summers and moved in with my best friend Ben. 9th grade. I saw Sandra in the mornings and would always have serious conversations. Like I went back and saw Brandon within a week. And with Brandon I saw dad. And we’d talk about that. And then COVID happened. And the summer was fine. I don’t leave. Don’t see family. I only see the daylight through the window. I found out that they do drugs at summers, not like just weed, shrooms and acid and all that shit. And my sister teesha, which I guess I forgot to mention moved to Indiana. I hadn’t seen her in three years came to visit and I begged to see her. And was told no, Sandra visited with her. And went home with her. Sandra now lives in Indiana with teesha. I didn’t even get to say goodbye. I didn’t even know they were leaving. Now I have nobody, I have no real reason to stay in oregon other than Ben and his family whom I love deeply and my dying dad, Who’s 60 now, that’s why I care. I’m in tenth grade now and have officially given up. It’s the day after thanksgiving. And I’m starting to realize it’ll be my first Christmas without Sandra. My constant. I still think about D, In fact that’s why I’m typing this. I got back into contact with her, and I told her how I feel and she we’ll figure it out and that she does care about me, and there’s a personal reason that I’m not gonna say that explains why we broke up. And I still love her. But I can’t tell her because I know she doesn’t care. Recently, she posted something on her story basically saying that she doesn’t think about Me, and have replied to me since. I know not a lot of people will care, but writing this down helps. A lot. Thank you to anyone who cares. I should probably sleep. It’s 6am as I write this. Have a good one.

Either way, a few years ago when work on The Force Awakens was announced, I wrote a brief screen treatment for my own version of Star Wars VII, and now I've decided to get it out, dust it off, and unveil it to
/StarWars. It follows a different continuity, so don't expect to see much you've seen before. Anyways, here it is.
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away….
STAR WARS EPISODE VII THE FORCE DIVIDED
CLICK HERE FOR THE TITLE CRAWL It is a peaceful and prosperous time. In the decades since the fall of the Empire, the NEW REPUBLIC has formed and spread across the Galaxy, promising peace to all. With the sinister Sith extinguished, a NEW JEDI ORDER, led by MASTER LUKE SKYWALKER, has arisen and built a new Jedi temple on Yavin. They aim to keep the peace and protect the Galaxy.
Not all is as well as it seems, however. The smuggler and war hero HAN SOLO has vanished, and GENERAL LEIA SKYWALKER has poured the New Republic’s resources into finding him and her son, to no avail. Even now, she has taken a REPUBLIC BATTLESHIP to his last known location, the DOSMERAN SYSTEM.
Meanwhile, in the OUTER RIM, an uprising is underway. VIOLENT REVOLUTIONARIES based on the planet Kyushu have begun a BLOODY REBELLION….
ACT ONE
On Kyushu, we see a mining village meant to provide the New Republic with spice. The village is in chaos as bombing run after bombing run is performed by unidentified ships. One of the village elders makes his way through the chaos and up a mountain towards a radio tower overlooking the town.
The village elder enters the radio station. Grabbing a microphone, he begins frantically calling for help, announcing that the village is under attack. Suddenly, power is cut to the building. Everything goes dark. The elder watches in horror as a shuttle lands outside, and a cloaked militaristic figure exits, followed by several similarly dressed guards wielding blasters. The figure enters the building, wearing a mask over its face, sees the elder, and in a distorted voice announces “This one is calling for backup! Take him away!”
As the elder is seized by two guards, he spits at the masked figure and says “It won't work, your little revolution! Democracy will win in the end!” The masked figure ignores him, so he spits in its face again. This time, it pauses and stares at him. Immediately, he looks panicked. As he gasps for air and clutches at his throat, his face turns blue. Finally, he collapses, and the two guards turn over his lifeless body. As the three militants leave the radio station, two other troops come out with flamethrowers and torch it. As the shuttle ascends it flies over the rest of the town, which has been thoroughly torched.
Back on Yavin, Luke Skywalker is training a bunch of younglings with practice lightsabers. Suddenly, he senses a disturbance in the Force. Sitting down, he is approached by a youngling, who he tells that class is finished for today. As he sits, his Com beeps. Opening it, he is connected with a hologram of General Leia Skywalker .
“Did you sense it, too?” he asks
“I'm afraid so.”
“It's been more frequent. These are difficult times. Get home soon, and may the force be with you.”
“And with you.” Millions of light years away, Leia closes her com. She is on a frigate, the
Majestic, in hyperspace surrounded by four unarmored guards.
Meanwhile, on the middle-rim planet Dosmeran, we see a bustling casino. In its shadow lies endless slums, just as primitive and dark as the casino is shimmering and futuristic and bright. Amongst these slums, we find a tavern, Rask’s Cantina, and inside, the legendary smuggler Han Solo and his first mate Chewbacca are anxiously awaiting someone’s arrival. The door opens, and the cantina goes silent as a large man dressed in red enters and sits. This is Edan, leader of a competing pirate gang. He sits across from Chewbacca and Han and stares at them in silence. Finally, after some time he asks “Well?”
“Look, Mr. Edan, I’m sorry about your fleet. We can pay double what it’s worth when…”
Edan cuts him off “Ha! That fleet was the finest bunch of pirates this side of Hosnian, and the ships they piloted were priceless, pillaged from the Empire itself! No amount of money could replace that!”
“Then ships. We’ll get you ships.” Chewie growls in agreement.
Edan stands over the table and grabs Han by his shirt, pulling him close. “You better get me ships. Or else somebody…” He pulls back slightly to reveal a blaster aimed at Han’s throat. “...Is gonna lose their daddy.”
Chewbacca roars and pulls Edan away, who fires a shot at Han but misses. It explodes on the ceiling. The barkeep stands up and begins shouting, then produces a blaster of his own and fires at Han. Chewbacca ducks, then re-emerges with his bowcaster and begins firing suppressing fire at the barkeep. At this point, the entire cantina erupts into gunfire as an all-out brawl begins. Han and Chewbacca try to slip away, but Edan follows. Han turns around and shoots Edan in the chest and he collapses. Han makes some cool quip, like “So much for repaying you”, but much cooler, and he and Chewbacca retreat out the back door. In the distance, we can see a New Republic assault lander descending on the tavern as the pair slips away into the streets towards the Falcon. The New Republic troops open fire on the tavern at large, reducing the building to rubble and presumably killing everyone inside.
As the pair boards the
Millennium Falcon, Huxley, the son of Han and Leia, powers on the ship. “Ready for departure, Captain!” He announces, to which Han congratulates him. The pair pulls off, but soon finds six Republic X-Wing Fighters chasing them down. They fend off the X-Wings, destroying one or two of them, and protect themselves long enough to make the jump to hyperspace.

Aboard the
Majestic, General Leia Skywalker sits meditating. In one hand is a pendant, containing a shard of kyber crystal, which she clutches delicately. In the other hand, held equally delicately, is a cup of tea. As the Majestic leaves hyperspace, it shudders, and her tea spills slightly. This breaks her meditation, and she goes to the bridge.
On the bridge, her first mate Ualan Fan announces that they are approaching Dosmeran. He also mentions that he’s been monitoring local law enforcement transmissions, and that six Republic fighters were scrambled to pursue a suspect who matched Han’s description. She inquires whether he had a boy with him, but Fan does not know.
Leia, Fan, and her four armed guards park the
Majestic in Dosmeran's orbit and descend in a lander. When they land, Fan advises Leia that she is probably not a welcome presence on the planet, and that she should watch her back. She agrees, and decides to use a piece of cloth to veil her face. Nobody is in Republic uniform.
The six arrive at Rask’s and find the place crawling with both local law enforcement and Republic troops. Leia unveils her face and identifies herself, and the Republic troops snap to attention. From out of the building comes a Republic Captain, who identifies himself as Captain Reed, and he explains to her what happened. Fan points out that it sounds like Solo, and Leia agrees. They survey the building. Republic troops work to contain the blaze from the blaster fire, while corpses litter the floor. Leia points to the bar, where Rask himself lays partially exploded and burnt behind the destroyed bar. “It would take a wookie bowcaster to pack that kind of punch.” She turns back to Cpt. Reed and asks where the perps went. Reed explains that, after the attack, the fugitives boarded an old freighter and held off six X-Wings, downing two, before making the jump to hyperspace. They managed to track their direction, but couldn’t plot an exact location, but they appeared to be near the Endor system.

Back on Yavin 4, Luke sits eating in his chamber. His communicator buzzes, and a hologram of General Leia appears. She informs Luke that they’ve tracked down Solo and requests that he meet them on Endor. Luke readies two of his most promising padawans, Asher and Jayde, as well as the droids R2D2 and C3PO, and they board Luke’s personal cruiser, the
Starkiller, and makes the jump to hyperspace towards Endor.

On Dosmeran, we see the burnt out cantina again. Republic troops are beginning to carry away the corpses for burial. Suddenly, the masked figure appears again. Surprised, Captain Reed greets it as “General”. The General says that he is not pleased with the reports he is receiving from the investigation, and has decided to check himself. Captain Reed says that many of the corpses have already been buried, but the General insists on discovering whether or not a BlasTech DL-44 blaster was used. Captain Reed says there’s no way to know for certain, but the blast marks were consistent with the DL-44, to which the General force-chokes him and drags him towards his face. With Captain Reed inches from the General’s mask we see vapor form and hit him in the face as the General demands he finds out. The General then turns to leave, and only once he’s completely off-screen does Captain Reed drop to the ground massaging his neck.

In orbit above Endor, the crew of the
Millenium Falcon are making repairs. Huxley Skywalker-Solo dons a space suit and goes EVA to repair the blaster damage to the ship, and he remarks how much he wishes they had an AstroMech droid to do this for him. Han insists that he used to do this kind of thing all the time, to which Chewbacca growls something. Han covers his com and whispers to Chewbacca “I know I didn’t, but someone did.” A thumping sound is heard as the
Majestic comes out of hyperspace, and Chewbacca and Han begin to panic that they successfully followed him. With Huxley still on EVA and holding on by a tether, they begin landing maneuvers on Endor. Huxley must get into the
Falcon before they enter the atmosphere.
As the
Falcon descends on Endor, we realize that it’s no longer the moon we remembered. The explosion of the second Death Star several decades ago has left much of the world charred, and it has developed large icy poles. Dead trees litter the surface, and a large debris field where the Death Star crashed into the moon almost gives the moon itself the appearance of the Death Star II. As the crew lands, the once lush rainforests lay dead and frozen, and thick grey snow blankets the ground. The crew lays silently in the
Falcon as Han tracks the
Majestic. Leia’s ship comes very close to discovering them, and pretty much flies right over them, but the grey ship blends in well with the grey snow, and the
Majestic passes over, landing a few miles west of their position. Huxley doesn’t know what to do, and Han suggests making a run for it, but Chewbacca says they should wait it out.
Above Endor, a third ship arrives from hyperspace. The
Starkiller, piloted by Luke Skywalker, descends into the atmosphere and lands alongside the
Majestic. Luke, Asher, and Jayde disembark, leaving the droids to watch the ship. They walk over to the
Majestic and board.
On board the Republic ship, they are greeted by Ualan Fan, who tells them that General Leia is getting ready and will greet them shortly, and they are welcome to wait for her on board to avoid the frigid temperature outside. Jayde hears a whisper, and asks if anyone else hears it. Seconds later, Asher hears the whisper, and the two go to investigate. They make it no further than a few feet down the hallway to a locked door when they hear a door open behind them. Back in the main room, the two Skywalkers are reunited, and Luke calls for the padawans to meet his sister.
Leia tells Luke that they’ve tracked the
Falcon to this specific region of Endor, and that she can feel her son’s presence very nearby. They bundle up and head out into the dead forest to find him.

ACT TWO

At the
Falcon, Huxley has ventured back outside to complete his repairs. Chewbacca has gone with him for protection. Huxley confides in Chewbacca that sometimes he questions his father’s authority, and that he misses his mom. Chewbacca parrots what Han has been telling him, that it’s for the best and his mother has no time for him. They work on the repairs. Suddenly, a blaster bolt explodes against the
Falcon, and Chewbacca lets loose a bowcaster bolt into the darkness. The two try to make their way to the door, where Han appears and reaches for his blaster, only for it to not be there Indiana Jones-style. Huxley lifts his father’s blaster from his own belt and fires into the darkness, hearing a screech as his mark hits. A small bear-like creature runs out wielding a club, and Chewbacca hits it with his bowcaster. Horrified, the trio re-enter the Falcon and close it up. As blaster fire thuds against the outside of the ship, they turn on floodlights and reveal that they are surrounded by murderous ewoks, bearing old Stormtrooper arms left over from the Imperial Shield Base that was on the moon during the Civil War. Some are even wearing pieces of stormtrooper armor. Han fires up the ship’s blaster and uses the turret to kill several ewoks, scaring the rest away.

A few miles away, Luke pauses at the sound of blaster fire. After a beat, the others hear it too, and they head towards it. Soon, they hear noise in the snow ahead of them. They hide as an army of stormtrooper-clad ewoks rush by screaming and retreating. One drops a blaster, which Leia identifies as Civil War era Stormtrooper tech. Luke points out that they might have to be afraid of what the ewoks were running from more than the ewoks themselves. They proceed with caution, with Asher wielding the extra blaster.
Presently, they come across the clearing that is lit up by the
Falcon, which sits in the middle of it. Han and Chewbacca are out repairing the exterior of the ship. Leia stands and calls out to Han, demanding he return her son. Han insists that her son is safe, but he doesn’t want to see her. He says that her New Republic is everything they fought to destroy in the Empire, and that he’d rather have his son grow up as a smuggler like him than spread injustice throughout the Galaxy. Leia insists he’s exaggerating, and plays stupid when Han mentions things like the massacres at Dosmeran and Kyushu. He insists that they fought for freedom, but she’s let the New Republic slip into the same trap.
At this point, Luke steps in and demand that Han at least give them audience. Han asks why he would want to see Luke, to which Luke responds “I saved your life, Han. At least give me this.” Han hesitates for a minute, but Huxley appears and opens fire on his mom and uncle with his father’s blaster. Leia is hit and collapses in the snow. Luke tries to pick her up, but she insists that it’s too late and he should escape while he can. Luke, Jayde, and Asher retreat into the forest, leaving Leia bleeding out in the snow.

Aboard the
Millennium Falcon, Han confronts Huxley, asking him what the hell he just did. They argue over whether it was right to shoot Leia, and Huxley raises his hand in anger and punches Han, who stumbles backwards and falls into his seat, nose crooked and bleeding. Han glares at Huxley for a minute, before muttering “I should’ve left you to rot with your mother” and stumbling back into his quarters on the ship. Huxley sits down and thinks about what he did. He reaches into his jacket and pulls out his father’s blaster, setting it on the table. He then searches through his trunks in his personal bedchambers until he produces his own lightsaber. He ignites it, staring at the blue blade.

Above Endor, another ship comes out of hyperspace. It is the
Avenger, a New Republic Destroyer. Around it, several other New Republic battleships appear. A lander descends down towards the planet.
Leia’s body lays in the snow near the
Falcon. Silently, two New Republic soldiers appear over her crumpled form and signal over the rest of their platoon. The soldiers pick Leia up and carry her back towards their lander. She’s alive, but just barely.

Huddled in a nearby cave, Asher and Jayde try to comfort Luke about the loss of his sister, but he insists that he can still feel her, that she’s still alive. More importantly, he now knows that his nephew is still alive, and needs his help. Luke reveals to Asher and Jayde that Huxley was a student of his who showed great promise, but was barely trained when he stole a lightsaber and ran off with Han. He explains that, as an untrained Jedi, Huxley poses a great threat, and that he’ll have to be dealt with safely but non-lethally, as he also still has great promise and should be spared.
The sound of a spaceship cracks through the night, and Asher says he hopes they’re friendly. Something else howls in the darkness, and you can faintly hear the cries of an ewok war party somewhere.

On board the
Avenger, the General stands before Mon Mothma, who is like 70 at this point. She inquires about General Skywalker, and the General assures her that she was recovered and is being given medical treatment. She is expected to survive. The General tells Mothma that technically the encounter on Endor was an attempt on a Republic official’s life, and that it cannot be tolerated. Mothma sighs, and then gives the General full permission to begin a military strike against Han Solo and capture him and the boy dead or alive.

In the cave, Luke and Jayde are asleep. Asher is standing watch, and beginning to drift off, when he hears the whispering again. He snaps awake and silently walks past the other sleeping Jedi and into the depths of the cave. Igniting his blue lightsaber to light his way, he follows the whispering deeper into the cave, until he sees that it’s coming through a gap too small to walk through. He turns off his lightsaber and gets on his hands and knees.
Crawling through the gap, Asher finds himself in the
Majestic. The lights are off initially, but as he stands up red running lights turn on in the hallway, guiding him towards the doorway to Leia’s chambers. The whispering beckons him on. As he creeps through the silent spaceship, the whispering intensifies, until he is standing before the doorway. He presses a button, and the door opens into Leia’s chamber, which is also bathed in red. It looks as if it has been ransacked, with clothes scattered here and there. On the bed are several outfits, including a mask that is identical to that of The General. Asher is oblivious to the connotation, but the audience should start to realize it. The whisper intensifies as Asher reaches for the mask, but just before he can catch it he is awoken by Jayde, who informs him that he fell asleep on the watch and she’s relieving him. He is back in the cave and goes to sleep.

Chewbacca enters Han’s chamber and asks if he’s okay. Still nursing a broken nose, Han tells Chewie that their position has been compromised. They express that they would just give the kid to Leia at this point if they could, and Chewie contemplates dumping him in the snow, but Han won’t let him. Instead, they lock Huxley in his bedchamber and venture out into the snow to recover Leia’s body, but when they discover the boot prints and absence of a body, they realize that the Republic is closer than they thought. They board the ship and prepare for takeoff.

Aboard the
Majestic, the droids are scanning for signs of life. They find Luke and the padawans in the cave, but can’t locate Leia so they radio in. Jayde tells them that Leia has been killed by her son, and they begin to panic. They try to establish contact with the
Avenger but cannot. Continuing their scan for lifeforms, they find a large mass of something living heading towards Luke and the padawans’ position. They radio Jayde, who wakes up the others.
The Jedi exit the cave and find that they have been set upon by wolf-like creatures. They run back towards the
Majestic, but the creatures are gaining on them. Finally, the creatures catch up and Luke and the Padawans are forced to stand and fight. They manage to fend off the wolves with their lightsabers, but Luke’s mechanical hand is severely damaged in the process, causing him to drop his lightsaber. They continue their trek back to the
Majestic.

The crew of the
Falcon begin the take-off sequence. They rise above the treeline and briefly see the rising sun above the ashy snowstorm covering the planet, but then the
Avenger descends upon them and begins firing on them. Chewbacca pilots while Han shoots X-Wings out of the sky as the
Avenger tries desperately to shoot them down. In the commotion, Huxley uses his lightsaber to cut his way out of his bedchamber and attempts to murder Chewbacca, who throws him to the side. Han abandons the gun to protect his crew and pulls his blaster on his son, but cannot bring himself to fire. Huxley grins, tells Han that he’s weak just like Leia always said, and beheads Han with his lightsaber. Chewbacca pounces towards Huxley, leaving nobody to pilot the
Falcon. An X-Wing shoots the cockpit, disabling the controls, and the
Falcon plummets back into Endor’s atmosphere. The X-Wings pull off, assuming the crew to be dead.
The
Falcon falls through the atmosphere with Huxley and Chewbacca locked in combat inside. Chewbacca knocks Hux’s lightsaber out of his hand, and it falls out the gaping hole where the cockpit used to be. Huxley grabs his father’s DL-44 and shoots the wookie, who cries out in pain. The
Falcon collides with the burnt out forest, which explodes into charcoal dust, and eventually comes crashing down to the ground and ignites.

Already in pain, Luke is forced to sit down by feeling the loss of his friend, Han. They can hear the explosion as the ship falls to the ground, and can see the smoke trail it left in the growing dawn light. Jayde sits alongside him, attempting to comfort him, but Asher insists that they have to keep moving if they want a chance of survival. Presently, they continue towards the
Majestic.

Aboard the
Avenger, The General is informed that the
Falcon has been shot down, and that the fugitives are presumed dead. The General orders a search party to be sent down to find the Jedi and bring them in for questioning, as they are “guilty by association”, as well as a second search party to be sent down to find the wreck of the
Millennium Falcon and ensure that there are no survivors.
Once the search party departs, the General asks for her own ship to be readied, as she says she doesn’t trust the Republic soldiers to do a “thorough job” with it. As she said, “ensure there are NO survivors”.

ACT THREE

On the surface of Endor, we see the sun rise over the burning wreckage of the
Millennium Falcon. Though is is engulfed in flames, it is not so mangled that we can’t tell what it is. Inside, Chewbacca and Huxley lay side by side, unconscious. Chewbacca comes to, turns over, groans, then realizes the danger. He tries to wake Huxley, but to no avail. The boy is severely injured, and bleeding from his face. Chewbacca pulls Huxley clear of the wreckage, then turns to go back in for Han’s corpse, but the
Falcon continues burning even stronger. Chewbacca knows that, even if he were able to get back in, there wouldn’t be much of Han’s body left to bury, and it seems fitting that a captain go down with his ship. Chewbacca sits next to Huxley’s limp, bloody body and watches the fire. He notices an abandoned Imperial outpost nearby, and makes note of it as a place to stay warm.
Suddenly, the atmospheric crack of a descending spaceship sounds. Chewie looks up and sees two Republic landers descending. He panics, picking up the boy, and runs into the forest in the direction of the Imperial outpost.
The Republic lander comes to rest adjacent to the
Falcon’s wreckage, and a squad of Republic troops disembark, led by Captain Reed. Reed orders them to search for survivors, and one soldier comments that nobody could survive the inferno. They secure the perimeter and wait for the fire to die down before they can carry out their search.

Exhausted, the Jedi finally make it to the
Majestic. They inform Ualan Fan that they believe Leia to be dead and that, in addition to now being the commander of the
Majestic, as far as they’re concerned he is now a General for the New Republic. They grab the droids and are about to retreat to the
Starkiller for takeoff, when Fan informs them that the
Falcon was shot down and everyone inside it presumed dead. Luke is taken aback, as he assumes that he had only felt Leia’s death, but slowly realizes that this means Leia may still be alive. He leaves the padawans with the
Majestic and sets off on his own in the
Starkiller to find her, presuming she’ll still be where he last saw her.

At the
Falcon’s wreckage, another Republic lander descends. The General’s personal guard emerges, followed by The General herself. She demands to know whether they found bodies, and Reed informs her that the blaze was so intense they were unable to enter the ship, but whoever was in there is certainly dead. Immediately, he begins to choke, and this time she actually raises her arm and pulls her to him, whispering through her mask directly into his face “I didn’t want to know where the bodies
probably are. I wanted to see bodies. If I can’t see theirs, I may as well see yours. Go get them!” With the Force, she throws him into the burning spaceship, where he burns alive.
She turns to everyone else, then notices something. She points out to the search party that there are clearly wookie tracks leading away from the wreck, which they try to explain as curious ewok scavengers. She accuses them all of insubordination, ignites her red lightsaber, and murders all eleven remaining members of the search party. Turning away from the burning
Falcon, she sets out through the snow following the Wookie’s tracks.

Some distance away, Chewbacca kicks in the door of the abandoned imperial outpost. As he sets Huxley down, the boy begins to stir. The wookie takes Han’s gun away from him, growls at him one last time, and sets back out on his own to find the
Majestic and the
Starkiller, which he had previously seen on the
Falcon’s tracking system. The boy comes to, demands the wookie not leave him to die, but is ultimately left defenseless.

Aboard the
Starkiller, Luke is making his way to the
Falcon’s last known location when he sees the wreckage from the air. Instead, he lands next to the Republic lander and begins using the Force to stack snow on the burning spaceship, stifling the flames. Entering the ruined ship, he discovers Han’s jacket, shed during the fight, and clutches it to his heart. He buries Han’s remains alongside the crashed
Falcon, as well as the murdered soldiers, who he recognizes as having been killed with a lightsaber. He assumes at this point that they were murdered by Huxley. Finding the Wookie footprints and the human footprints, he sets out to protect Chewbacca, who he believes Huxley to be pursuing.

At the Imperial Outpost, Huxley is pounding on the door trying to be let out, but the wookie has long since abandoned him. Finally, he calms down, collects himself, and breathes. He notices that the vapor from his warm breath trails in a certain direction, and soon realizes that air is moving through the building. Picking up a handful of dust, he tosses it, makes note of the air’s direction, and follows it. He does this again and again, until he discovers a hole in the structure. Using rocks as tools, he bashes the edges of the ancient concrete wall away until the hole is large enough for him to climb out of. He sees the tracks of the pack of wolves, and decides to go the other way.

At the
Majestic, the padawans and Ualan Fan are arguing about whether to leave for a safer planet or wait to hear back from the
Starkiller. Ualan insists that, if they left now, they’d be able to take refuge on Kuna’s Tooth, a planet in the ewok Kuna constellation, before the Republic would know they were gone, but the padawans insist that they want to hear back from Master Skywalker first. As they’re arguing, C3PO, who is looking out the window, informs them that they are too late either way.
Outside, the other Republic lander appears, and the second search team disembarks and surrounds the
Majestic. Their captain, Captain Fu, informs them that they are wanted by the New Republic for questioning in relation to the crimes committed by the pirate known as Han Solo, and demands that they surrender themselves. After some deliberation, the crew decides to hide their weapons on their person and comply. When they express their intent to do so, Captain Fu even allows them to land the
Majestic aboard the
Avenger themselves. The
Majestic and her crew depart for the
Avenger.

Meanwhile, on the
Avenger, Mothma is growing concerned that she has only heard back from one search party. She sends a battalion down to investigate, led by Sergeant Idris Rodya. They land at the
Falcon’s landing site and, because the previous search party was buried, find nothing but the abandoned lander. They report this, then find the footprints and also set out into the snow.

The General finds the imperial outpost and shoots the door open, but finds it empty. While she’s investigating, she senses a presence with the Force. Emerging back into the open, she finds Master Luke Skywalker waiting for her. They have a brief exchange about her being a traitor to the Republic’s values, and she insists that he is a traitor to the Republic itself. Luke recognizes that argument and asks The General if she is Leia, to which she produces and ignites her red lightsaber and charges him. She attacks him viciously, while he works only to defend himself. He pleads with her to stop what she’s doing as she is falling to the dark side as he almost did decades ago. At one point, he cuts away part of her mask with his lightsaber so we can see her face underneath it, and it is indeed Leia. General Leia becomes enraged and doubles down on her attacks, which easily outweigh the injured Skywalker (who, remember, lost a hand and is fighting with his left hand and with his own lightsaber instead of the Skywalker Saber). She disarms him, cutting off his other hand, and begins to force-choke him while she lectures him about devotion to the Republic and how great he could become if he only joined her, to which he replies “You sound like our father” and uses the Force to ignite his lightsaber underneath her, injuring her foot and making her drop him. She retreats back towards the Falcon’s wreck and her transport, leaving Luke injured in the snow.

Off in the frozen forest, Huxley is still following the wolves’ prints when he comes across the clearing where the Jedi’s confrontation with the animals had occurred before. He finds Luke’s prosthetic hand, still clutching the Skywalker lightsaber, and he ignites it, smiling to himself. Now that he has a weapon, he turns around and cuts back towards the
Falcon’s wreck. However, he is intercepted by Leia, who is overwhelmed with emotion seeing her boy all grown up. She begs him to come to her, to let her hold him, to let her nurse his wounds. He does, and together they make it back towards her landing craft at the site of the wreck of the
Falcon. Huxley confirms to her that Han is dead, and though she seems remorseful, she is still happy that her son is safe with her. They board the lander and ascend towards the
Avenger.

Luke is laying in the snow freezing to death when Yoda and Obi-Wan visit him in Force-Ghost form. They chastise him for giving up so easily and remind him that his father kept fighting until his last moments, and it was ultimately his only redemption. They then disappear. He calls out after them, and Chewbacca hears it and comes to his rescue. With Chewie’s help, he returns to the
Starkiller, where they see Leia’s transport returning to the Avenger. Chewbacca pilots the
Starkiller towards the Avenger while Luke installs a replacement for the mechanical hand that he lost and fashions a crude replacement claw for his other hand.
